Starting with good water to fish the next most important expedition requirement has to be the waterfront accommodations. After a long day on the water, convenient waterfront lodging allows for a quick mentality shift towards cocktails, dinner, & cigars. This is where you’ll really get to meet anglers from across the globe telling fish stories into the wee hours of the night.

Though it is not sight-fishing there is plenty to see. The first thing you‘ll see are the lungs of the planet, & for me it brought tears. The people, jungle, and wildlife are reason enough to visit the Amazon but if your a fly angler, these Peacock Bass will forever be in your top five species to take on the fly. Yeah these fish are gorgeous and each one is different but pound for pound nothing hits your fly harder than Peacock Bass. I will be hosting a group with Nomadic Waters each year.
Fishing the Parana River, Corriente River, & the Ibera Marshlands.
