Craig Bailey (Owner, Guide, Author, Fly Tyer)
Guiding the globe for going on over two decades, Craig got his start in saltwater fly fishing at the turn of the century. Taking what he learned from the salt, he transitioned that knowledge into freshwater sight-fishing becoming a pioneer chasing Carp, Gar, Buffalo, & Drum. Discovering the similarities between the fresh & saltwater species, Carp=Permit, Gar=Tarpon, Buffalo=Bonefish, & Drum=Drum. Though we believe that the TN River System provides the best sight-fishing in the world, all on its own. Craig now primarily uses freshwater sight-fishing as a training tool for his client‘s to better prepare them for ”destination angling”.

Josh Franklin (Host & Casting Instructor)
Josh (retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant) will guide and host expeditions starting in 2024. After a military career spanning the breadth of the globe from Afghanistan to Alaska, Josh loves putting clients on fish and filling memory banks with world-class adventures. As an FFI certified casting instructor (CI) and national fly-casting competitor, he also enjoys teaching and sharing his passion of fly fishing with clients and friends.
Troy Rudisill (Currently Active)
Master Chief Rudisill is a graduate of the Senior Enlisted Academy 220 (Red), Chief of the Boat course and he holds an Associate's degree of Applied Science in Business from Columbia Southern College.
Command Master Chief Rudisill is entitled to wear the Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist and Naval Aircrew Warfare Specialist pins, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (3), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (9), Meritorious Service Medal and numerous unit and campaign awards. He was selected as the 2022 Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Delbert D. Black Leadership Award recipient, earning recognition from both the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy and the Chief of Naval Operations.
