2 Day Musky on the Fly Expeditions
Cave Run Lake, KY & Melton Hill Lake, TN
Most Musky fly fishing is done in small moving water. As a kid I fished these lakes with my grandpa using big balsa wood AC Shiners with great success. Now a fly guy, I’ve created a Musky Fly that matches the profile of that bulky crank bait & more importantly the action. As we all know, its the water displacement of the fly that attracts a Musky strike. Not to mention bat-shit crazy anglers willing to chase the fish of 10,000 cast.
Season runs for me when water temps are between 40-60 degrees.
